Great service, they shipped the pads the same day that I ordered them. their price is amazing, and they are very friendly people. A great company to buy from.

It was an easy process and i received the merchandise in a few days. loved the process.

Ordered on Sunday, received on Wednesday in perfect condition! Fit like a glove easy to install and are working great. My only suggestion is follow the instructions about running the pump with water in the pan for about six hours then empty pan and repeating to great reduce the smell of the new pads and after a couple of day of use the smell disappeared!

The cooler pads were the right size, the price was right, great shipping price, and received it fast. Buy from Indoor Comfort Supply, they're fantastic.

Box was damaged and pads were slightly damaged. Perfect fit. Smell was terrible. Had to rinse pads for several days. Downy fabric softener added to water finally got rid of the smell. Shipping a bit on the pricey side, but these pads are nowhere to be found in ABQ.

The pads were great and fit perfectly in our evaportive cooler. Fresh pads made a big difference and helped keep the house cool. The only downside is the initial stench of the pads as they're being broken in, which took a couple weeks to clear. In all fairness, the manufacturer did warn about the intial odor, but it did clear over time.

These pads arrived fast and replaced the ild ones perfectly. Other reviews mentioned an odor, and there was an odor at first- smells like me pads- but not an issue at all, it was completely gone after a few hours of running the unit. No problems at all, great product and great company!

They smell awful

Nice pads for correct fit. Haven't installed yet to see if they smell like the reviews on the universal kits complain about. Definitely could benefit from stronger boxing, came slightly damaged.
