You where the Only supplier I was able to locate to get the correct size of pads for my Mastercool. I was hoping give you 6 starts. Unfirtunatly there is a smell from the moment we instal the pads, I have tge swamp cooler runing for almost a entire week and the smell has diminish. If you guys can figure a way to make and improvement on that you will allways get 5 start rating

Exact fit and great quality. Even had air flow arrows printed on the media to install correctly. Used ground shipping and wait was not bad at all. Would recommend and order from again.

They fit nice and tight.Even with all the calcium coated it’s 99 outside but it’s still 79 inside.

Arrived quickly, correct size & fit, pads seemed lighter in weight and bait more fragile than originals, just installed today, pads give off unpleasant oder when initially used, pkg warned of such and advised running water over them for awhile before turning on fan but, it was a hot day and decided not to wait. Suggest waiting if at all possible.
