Description

Blower Upgrade Kit changes 3/4" blower components to 1" blower components. Comes with a 19" x 18" x 1" blower wheel, 11" x 1" blower pulley, 1" cooler shaft, and (2x) 1" high-rise pillow bearings. Change all parts to upgrade the blower system to 1". The reason for this is that currently, 3/4" blower wheels are not available. Please contact us if you need a different size pulley or low-rise bearings.

    Everything came as described and I managed to pull the blower assembly (up on the roof), remove and replace these parts (on the patio) and put it back in working order in 6 1/2 hours. Not bad for a homeowner working with headlamps at night. It was over 110° in the daytime, so in the dark worked best. Indoor Comfort Supply provided excellent support, fast on time delivery and quality parts. I will be a return customer and refer others.

    Part missing blower wheel warped

    They quickly replaced a badly warped wheel. Probably Fed Ex rough handling. Didn't bother telling them about 1 of the bearings missing. Picked up another from Ace.

    Wow. Very complete website and clear ordering process. Descriptions of parts and need for changes in sizes were clear on site. Getting everything in one kit saved having to look for bearings, leather washers, etc. Arrived very quickly after order placed. This would be especially important if it were during cooling season May-October. Great job Indoor Comfort Supply.

    Parts were high quality and fit perfectly. Some directions might be useful...like make sure you orient blower correctly when you reinstall it (it can be installed two different ways/directions), and where to install lock rings (or whatever they are called). My old unit did not have lock rings. I believe they go on the outside of the bearings...to keep the blower and rod unit from sliding side to side...???

    Worked awesome only hard part was getting to old rusted one out grinder and cut off wheel worked great for that

    This kit worked perfectly to repair my Frigiking 6500 swamp cooler. The parts are high quality and were simple to install.
