I have an older model and was worried I wouldn’t find the correct pads. The Indoor Comfort Supply website was very easy to find the parts I needed. The pads were a perfect fit and were exactly as the website showed. They arrived quickly.

Replace pad makes a big difference to coling

The pad comes in multiple pieces and is easy to install. It fit well my 6520 Adobeair evaporative cooler, with a small gap on the side that I filled with a piece of foam pad - others use styrofoam. Minimal wet cardboard smell (not unpleasant) the first couple of days.

I wasn't sure about which filter to buy and they were very helpful on a phone conversation, and once I ordered the filters, they shipped very quickly. The shipping was pricey but the total was still less than some of the other dealers I looked at. They don't have an oder like other brands that I have read about. Very satisfied!
