Instead of 4 individual pads to make up the 40 inches, there were only two, which is easier to deal with. The included styrofoam end pieces ensured a nice fit.

This is my second order from Indoor Comfort Supply. Shipping was fast, although the carrier did some damage to the box. The pads work great and the only downside is the usual stinky smell for 1-2 weeks when they are new.

I’d have given you five stars for the pads, but you made the claim that they didn’t stink like other rigid media. I don’t think there’s getting around the smell of wet cardboard. Good product though. some slight damage to corners during shipping.

These pads are easily installed, fit perfectly and perform flawlessly. We use the cooler all summer long, many hours a day. So the pads are continuously wet. They hold up very well. We replace them only because the cooler prompts us to do so. Otherwise they look like they could go several seasons! Great product.

Pads arrived quickly and were a perfect fit in my 25 year old MasterCool. They were damaged / crushed slightly on two corners from shipping, but I installed anyway because I didn't want to mess with return.
