Rigid evaporative cooling media is used in data center cooling equipment, greenhouse wet walls, agricultural ventilation systems and other large-scale air-cooling applications. Water is distributed across the media while warm air is drawn through its corrugated channels. As the water evaporates, heat is removed from the incoming air.
