Indoor Comfort Supply came to my rescue in a big way. I destroyed my floating unit when I tried to attach the water supply to the unit. I wasn’t aware that when tightening the connector to the unit, that the issue float unit was turning. Consequently, the flotation arm broke off the float. I tried to get a replacement float unit from the supply company but no response. I was left with just a fan unit for a cooler. I was extremely fortunate to find the unit on “indoorcomfortsupply.com”. The cost was minimal compared to the cost of the unit and the delivery came in just a few days with great tracking etc. Great find and great service.

I used this product in a portacool evap cooler, product fit and operated exactly as the manufacturer part did. Thank you Indoor Comfort supply for the quick shipment, been waiting over 3 weeks for portacool to send me this part.

Thank you for sending the correct float/valve for my Hessaire evaporative cooler. The two I ordered from two other vendors did not have the adjustment screw on them. Even though they were packaged in Hessaire sealed bags with the correct part number, they were similar but not the same. Thanks again… they work perfectly.
