I searched for months. Debating on whether to buy a new cooler or replace parts. The site is unfortunately not at the top of Google's search., it should be! My frames came in a timely manner, with pad and wires. They fit perfectly and the staff answered and returned my calls.

I was amazed how quickly I received the 4 - Pad Frames. I placed the order on Tuesday and they were delivered on Friday. Excellent packing, there was no damage to any of the Pad Frames. They fit the swamp cooler perfect. Extremely happy with this order. Will recommend and use Indoor Comfort Supplies in the future for swamp cooler parts..

The Panels were back-ordered and took a couple extra weeks to get here in late August but they were exactly what I needed to replace the old rusted out panels. They had the pads installed and it more difficult to get them out of the packaging than it was to install them. I gave them an average rating only because of the back-order issue. Other than that they are great and saves about $400 had I just replaced the whole unit.

I called 3 companies before I called indoorsuppy. these guys were the best, found the perfect fit for my unknown swamp cooler and the frames came with pads. It's such a great buying experience from such frustration, I'm never going any place else for my cooling supplies.

Rather than replace the entire air conditioner i chose to replace the frame which did fit exact. Had pad preinstalled and paint and finish were excellent. Super fast shipping. Good price and packing.
