    It is a complete assembly, the panel, the wire holder for the aspen pad, and a brand new aspen pad all assembled ready to go right out of the box! The packaging was great and well packed, plus the shipping was super quick.

    The pads were a perfect fit for my swamp cooler. Saved me $$$$. I tried asking my AC Tech if there were any Pad Frame parts out there and he told me there were no replacements, I would have to purchase a brand new unit.

    After looking all over town for a pad frame for my evaporative cooler and not having any luck, I was fortunate to find your website. Product arrived real quick and fit perfectly. As an added bonus it came with the aspen pad. No need to go to the hardware store!
