Evaporative cooler 3000 CFM

I have an 1004 sq. ft. area that the 3000 DD keeps @ 20 deg. cooler than outside temp. We live in the Central Valley of California. Where 100 deg. plus days are not uncommon for this time of year. Set the thermostat at 77 deg. never got over 78. I had a problem with the motor making a noise. The crew at Indoor Comfort sent me another motor right away. It now runs whisper quiet. I cannot be more satisfied with this product.
